Help Wanted LLC is building field teams the way a good coaching staff is built — experienced Coaches leading, motivated Players learning the trade. Whether you're teaching or training, there's a real role for you here.
We hire two types of people for field work:
Coaches / Mentors — Skilled tradespeople, retirees, teachers on summer break, or anyone with real experience who wants steady seasonal or part-time work leading a crew and passing on what they know. You set the standard on-site; we handle the business behind it.
Players / Trainees — People starting out or changing paths who want hands-on training, real pay, and a clear way to grow into skilled, certified work.
