JOE DURKIN
Joe was nearly born on the Matthews “Toll” Bridge on the way to the Naval Hospital. His first jobs were on demolition and construction crews in high school, and he later owned and operated 2JOES Painting & Handiwork and ran a commercial landscaping operation. After finishing undergraduate studies at The University of West Florida Joe returned to Jacksonville and joined a local men's soccer league, where he met Moses. Today Joe consults with The NDN Companies, coaches soccer at The JFC, and runs his family's business, Bizfit Consultants — but Help Wanted LLC is where that hands-on, boots-on-the-ground experience comes full circle.
MOSES WILLIAMS
Moses and Joe met on the soccer field — where, if you ask Joe, he was clearly the better player. But Moses was the better coach, and he proved it by hiring Joe onto his staff at the Jacksonville Jaguars Soccer Club, where Joe coached the high school-age club teams under him. That's Moses in a nutshell: he sees potential in people and puts them to work. Today, he serves as Principal of Mt. Herman School for Exceptional Students, a Duval County Public School dedicated to children with significant disabilities — work that reflects the same patience, leadership, and heart he brings to everything he does. That same commitment to building people up is what drives Help Wanted LLC.
